If somebody do not live in the United States but like to invest here, they can use foreign citizen program and buy here.

Pretty much all the lender will require is copy of the passport, copy of valid visa and the bank account to show the person has enough funds for down payment.

Currently banks are asking for 30% down payment and pretty much that’s it. As long as persons buying here as an investment they can use the foreign citizen program and buy here.
