Job Description – Experienced HM Loan Officer (Salaried)

LBC Capital Income Fund is a swiftly growing Mortgage Fund based in North Hollywood, California who specializes in closing Bridge Hard Money loans ($500,000 to $50 million)

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive / Loan Officer, preferably with own book of business and industry experience, that can close the deals utilizing our funds and underwriting.

We are looking for a strong closer with at least 3 years of recent experience in the field. Someone with a can-do attitude who is ready to close

The ideal candidate will be an organized, self-starter, confident and ready to pick- up the phone to build solid relations with brokers and clients.
